Receipt of Calls and Text Messages Consent

By providing this number, or providing or updating any number in your loan application or through your loan account, if you list a mobile phone number in your application or provide an updated mobile phone number, you expressly authorize Centaur Health, Inc., and its affiliates, agents, assigns and service providers (collectively, “CHI”) to contact you at such number, in order to provide account information and services regarding your loan, by calling or sending SMS text messages using automatic telephone dialing systems, automatic texting systems, and artificial or prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You affirmatively consent that CHI may contact you at the phone number you provide regarding your account including to assist you with completion of your loan application, notify you of transaction approval, provide payment reminders, and conduct collection efforts.

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for, and agree to, notifying CHI immediately if you change your number or transfer your phone to another person. You understand text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. If you do not want to receive calls and/or SMS text messages, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected]   specifying your preference. To stop receiving text messages, you can also simply text reply “STOP” to any text message CHI may send you. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out.
